In Rome's best location, steps from the Piazza Navona, on a street rich with with shops, boutiques, restaurants and bars, and walking distance to everywhere, this well-curated apartment will surpass your expectations from the first moment that you enter the Palazzo courtyard until you fall asleep in either of the two regal beds, each in a magnificent bedroom with it's modern, but elegant en-suite bathroom.

The elegant marble floored entrance with classic vase, is only the preparation for the thrill of entering the large reception room with its original Renaissance painted ceilings. It's large enough to have two sitting areas plus a large dining table big enough to host a dinner party, not to mention a collection of splendid original paintings and furnishings from the 16th, 17th and 18th centuries, The kitchen, completely equipped and NEW offers dishwasher, oven, microwave, a Nespresso machine, a large fridge, and both a washer and dryer! 

The first bedroom The Red Suite has an extra large  bed that can be separated into two twin sized beds upon request. Its stunning frieze painted with charming putti (cherubs) dates from the early 16th century. The ensuite bathroom is fully equipped, including two sinks and an Italian shower.

The second bedroom, The Dome View, offers a queen sized bed and a fully equipped bathroom with an Italian shower. Enjoy its elegance and its 18th century furnishings.

​Note that the apartment is fully air-conditioned, has a new heating system and large isolating windows. Of course there is Wifi and luxury Ortigia bathroom amenities.

Il Principe, is on the second floor of a sixteenth-century Palazzo as beautiful today as it was 500 years ago. Pass through a beautiful arched portal  into an elegant courtyard with an arcade and antique roman columns, to climb the stairs. We will have someone there to help with suitcases if necessary.
