Though perfect for a wedding, we also welcome a small, intimate groups, and offer special prices for groups as small as 6 people.

With 24 spacious and comfortable bedrooms, including a luxurious four-bedroom suite, and 22 modern bathrooms, every guest is sure to find their perfect retreat within these walls. The chateau boasts four inviting living rooms and two elegant dining rooms, more than ample space for joyous celebrations amongst family and friends. Beyond the chateau's grandeur, the grounds are a true oasis. Immerse yourself in the beauty of the three-acre garden, surrounded by picturesque Sancerre vineyards (with the renowned Pouilly Fumé just a short distance away). Take a refreshing dip in the 25x5m saltwater heated swimming pool or indulge in relaxation with the indoor and outdoor saunas.

Twenty-five kilometers from the cathedral town of Bourges, and situated on the northern edge of the small, but charming village of Thauvenay, the Chateau offers a tranquil escape with breathtaking views of the Sancerre landscape. Conveniently located just an 8-minute drive from the nearest regional train station, which is a scenic 1h50 journey from Paris, we can arrange private group pickups for your convenience. Alternatively, if you prefer to drive, the Chateau is a leisurely 2hr15-minute journey from Paris.
