The Space
This 16th century Tuscan style Classic villa combines modern comfort with timeless elegance. It offers 6 lovely bedrooms, and 4 bathrooms, plus two powder rooms in the main house. In addition, a one bedroom pool house with bathroom. may be added. A separate bedroom apartment for a Chef may be added. Its furnishings are classic but lively, while panoramic glass windows offer uninterrupted views of the joyful gardens. Thoughtfully decorated with designer furnishings with timeless style, and complemented with decoration the renowned fabric company, "Antico Setificio Fiorentino", it provides a luxurious retreat for up to 10 adults across three levels and the poolhouse. We may accomodate larger groups, if yours have any children or staff please let us know.
Enter into a lovely and comfortable reception room overlooking the large park. Turn right into a Pompeii red library which makes a stylish study and place to work. Turn left into two sophisticated reception rooms. A cozy reading area invites relaxation and inspiration.
A super spacious kitchen and living area are on the lower level, as well a double dining area, and lounge open up to picturesque lawns—perfect for gatherings of large and small groups.
Go up to the first floor and find four beautifully appointed bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a large terrace overlooking the estate gardens.
Another flight up with 2 additional bedrooms (one with twin beds, the other a large single) and one shared bathroom offer extra charm and privacy.
The grounds seem endless, and the tree lined avenue of Italian Cypress is magical.
The estate’s pool area is a highlight, complete with a pool house featuring changing rooms, a summer kitchen and an additional bedroom on the upper floor.

Ronciglione has a famous Medieval Stone castle and a large piazza with a choice of charming and delicious restaurants. With easy access to the Cassia road—only 10 minutes by car—the property offers a perfect balance of tranquility and connectivity, and makes a fast escape from Rome for those who want to stay longer with some work breaks into town.
