NEW! "Domus! "is an enchanting blend of history and modernity awaiting lucky guests within the walls of this seventeenth-century Rome palace. In the heart of the historic center, overlooking the picturesque Vicolo dei Domizi, and  nestled between Piazza Navona and the Vatican, Domus! offers a unique experience.

As you step through the entrance, you will be greeted by the portal designed by the renowned Florentine architect Antonio Sangallo. Sangallo, who also contributed to Saint Peter’s project alongside Bramante, infuses the space with a warm connection to both history and contemporary architecture. The meticulous attention to detail throughout the house is priceless.

Every element of the residence mixes  elegance and functionality, a rare combo. The thoughtful design prioritizes space, natural light, and comfort. Even the lower level of the  palace has been seamlessly integrated. Transparent staircases and creative openings  set a magical world of light and  reflection between the two residence levels for an ambiance that is nothing short of extraordinary.

Inside, an eclectic mix of contemporary art and traditional furniture spans different epochs. The deliberate contrast appeals to those who appreciate history within a modern, luxurious setting—an authentic Roman lifestyle experience.

The independent entrance ensures privacy despite the central location. The quiet lane adjacent to the famous antique Via dei Coronari adds to the charm. And within the palace, the total white aesthetic is punctuated by shades of green and plum in the sofas from the early twenties, creating a lively and inviting living room—a perfect spot for relaxation.

Throughout the house, modern art pieces carry a consistent theme. In the living room, the panel on the wall boldly declares “DOMUS DOMITIA,” drawing inspiration from the vibrant nightclubs of the 1980s.
