An extraordinary luxury villa in Tuscany, close to Mediterranean beaches and less than two hours from Rome, beckons to fortunate guests who shall revel in it's offer of nature in beautiful gardens, ancient trees, views to the sea and the island of Giglio, and live in rooms and spaces of comfort and grace while enjoying a pleasant and willing staff, and facilities offering all one could wish for in a Tuscan holiday. Your introduction is via a welcoming private drive lined with plants, flowers, trees and shrubs offering a symphony of delight to the eyes. This bodes well but is only a sign of what delight is still to come. Beyond the large overflow pool, there are tennis courts, a soccer field, outdoor living spaces with outdoor kitchens including barbecue and  pizza oven. There is a sports room, a gym, sauna, turkish bath, ping pong, and Baby-foot (fuss-ball) You can order a massage, a tennis teacher or partner. a full-time cook and staff is included.  


Inside are 7 extremely comfortable bedrooms sleeping 16 and 6 bathrooms, 5 of the bedrooms can be made as King or twin. Bathrooms off large soaking tubs, walking showers, or both. Luxury bedding is of course a given, as are large plush toweling and luxury bath products.


The small medieval village of Magliano in Toscana is a short 3-minute drive, and you'll find the beautiful beaches and clubs of the Maremma 15-30 minutes away. You can charter a boat and head to Giglio Island (a 30-minute voyage) with its turquoise waters and colorful ports. You will not want to miss the iconic Il Pellicano Hotel in Porto Ercole for a drink or to dine.
