Uzes is a town for walking, and the immediate area is one for biking. It offers twice weekly, one of the best markets in Provence.The hotel will happily provide you with bikes to wander hrough the vineyards and the small, lovely villages that dot the countryside. There is no shortage of places to visit by car, either. The amazing Roman Pont du Gard is only 15 minutes away, and Nimes within half an hour, and Avignon, Arles and St.Remy all within an hour.
