On the first floor you will be delighted by the spectacular bedroom with wide Renaissance bed, and its modern and delightful marble-lined bathroom. There is  a sofa bed for an additional two people (please note that extra people come with a supplement.  On the second floor, the next bedroom comes with a beautiful antique canopy bed belonging to the owner’s family collection, as does all the antique furnishings in the house. This floor also has another spectacular marble bathroom, as well as the access to the inviting terrace with table and chairs where you can enjoy an aperitivo with  a  beautiful view of Venice.

The closest water bus stop is Sant’Angelo for easy and quick connections to all main attractions via the Grand Canal, as well as for the Alilaguna boat service for the Marco Polo Airport.

District of San Marco

The district of San Marco includes three important city venues and symbols: the Accademia Bridge, the Rialto Bridge, and the most famous Square in the world (as well as only one of the island), Piazza San Marco. Here, you can find some of the most well-known and beautiful city monuments: the splendid San Marco Basilica, richly decorated with Byzantine mosaics and columns, the elegant Palazzo Ducale, overlooking the San Marco basin, and the imposing “Campanile” (bell tower), from which you can enjoy one of the most breathtaking views of the city’s rooftops.
