This elegant apartment offers three comfortable bedrooms, two with queen beds, and one with two singles, sleeping up to 6 people, and making it perfect for families or friends. Luxury bedding caresses the dream. Two full bathrooms, with marble sinks and walk-in showers are immaculately new. Of course, it has Wifi and Air-conditioning. There is a spotless, high-tech kitchen with large fridge, dishwasher, gas stove an oven, a microwave, and coffee machines, in fact, all the amenities you might dream of having. including a washer/dryer. Add to this the spacious and gracious living area, TV with Netflix, a separate dining area, and the large panoramic terrace and you will have plenty of room for relaxing, socializing, or entertaining. Need a cook? We can book one. Enjoy your coffee on the terrace in the morning to start your day, then later, your aperitivo of a nicely chilled glass of local wine, or your own Spritz to start off the evening, while a limoncello, might be perfect to celebrate your great day. Restaurants nearby abound and we will supply you with a great list of our favourites. We can also book your reservations, your guides, tours, and your transfers.
The Penthouse is on the 5th floor with an elevator.
The location doesn’t get any better: You can walk everywhere, and easily walk to nearby attractions like The Spanish Steps and the Trinità di Monte at the top, the Villa Borghese park, and the Villa Medici, all very close by. Also a nice stroll will take you to Piazza Navona, the Pantheon, the Forum and much more. And, that is not to have mentioned, that you walk out your door, to the best shopping in Rome; boutique after boutique, all at your doorstep.
The apartment was designed by an artist and architect. Her talents and artistic sensitivity show in every corner. She has filled the home with carefully-sourced vintage pieces restyled and revived to create a chic, and modern aesthetic, melding timbered ceilings, parquet floors, and exposed brick walls.
