The historic city of Nîmes, with its remarkable Roman Arena and the Maison Carrée Roman temple, and lovely fountain gardens is  only 25 minutes away. Avignon the City of the Popes on the River Rhone is 40 minutes away.

Within an hour’s drive lie ancient Arles, lovely St. Remy-de-Provence, dramatic Les Baux-de Provence, the Mediterranean Sea and the Camargue, as well as thriving Montpellier. A bit further away, you will enjoy Aix-en-Provence, Cassis, Marseille, and the Luberon.
